Refund & Cancellation Policy

Books and Passes are digital content read only in the site's in-app reader. Access starts as soon as payment is confirmed. The first 3 pages of every Book are free to preview, without signing in, so you can check it before buying.

By paying, you agree that access starts immediately, and that once an item is unlocked it cannot be cancelled or refunded for change of mind, mistaken purchase, unused Pass days, or the absence of a download or print option (which is stated before purchase).

• You were charged twice for the same item.
• You paid but access was not given within 5 working days of your report.
• A Book cannot be read because of a fault on the site that cannot be fixed within 7 working days of your report.

Email mepenggsuite@gmail.com within 7 days of payment with your registered email, the order or Razorpay payment ID, and what went wrong. A reply will be sent within 3 working days.

To the original payment method via Razorpay; banks usually credit within 5–7 working days. A full refund ends access to that item. Bank or currency-conversion charges paid are not refundable.

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. While a dispute is open, access to the item is suspended; it ends if the dispute is lost and is restored if it is won. Order, checkout-consent and reading records will be shared with the payment provider as evidence.

Templates are downloadable files and cannot be returned once downloaded. A faulty file will be replaced first.

Prices are shown in INR in India and USD elsewhere. International (USD) payments are accepted only via PayPal. A later price drop or offer does not entitle you to a refund of the difference.

A Pass covers all published Books for the stated days from purchase. It does not renew automatically, cannot be paused or transferred, and does not include templates.
