Get in touch
Email is the fastest way to reach the team behind MEP Engg Suite. There is no call centre and no chatbot queue — messages are read and answered by the people who build the calculators.
Help keep it free & growing
Every contribution helps keep the calculators running and new modules coming.
General email
Write to mepenggsuite@gmail.com for anything related to the platform. Please include the calculator name and, where relevant, the inputs you used, so the query can be reproduced without a back-and-forth.
We aim to acknowledge messages within a few business days.
Technical and calculation queries
If a result looks wrong, or a standard has been cited incorrectly or superseded, report it to the same address with the subject line beginning Calculation. State the calculator, the inputs, the value you expected and the clause or reference you are working from. Confirmed errors in engineering logic are corrected ahead of other work.
Account and access help
For sign-in problems, email verification not arriving, password resets or a request to delete your account and associated data, email us with the address you registered with. We do not ask for your password at any point, and no member of the team will request it.
Security reports
Suspected vulnerabilities should go to the same address. A machine-readable contact is also published at /.well-known/security.txt, for responsible disclosure. We aim to acknowledge reports within a few business days.
Security and access
Accounts use verified email and password or a single-use magic link. Sessions are short-lived, and administrative access requires a separately assigned role checked on the server. This describes our current practices, not an independent security certification.
Feedback, content and partnerships
Requests for new calculators, additional cities or climate data, regional code coverage, Knowledge Base topics, and enquiries about collaboration or advertising are all welcome at the same address. Suggestions from practising engineers shape most of what gets built next.
