This policy explains what personal data MEP Engg Suite collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with and what control you have over it. It applies to the website at mepenggsuite.org and to the calculators and content served from it.

Cookies and local storage
Essential storage. Signing in stores a short-lived session token in your browser. Without it you cannot stay signed in. Browser local storage is also used for small interface preferences, such as remembering that a celebration message has already been shown to you today.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google Ads Settings or at aboutads.info.
Legal basis and purpose
Account data is processed to perform the service you asked for. Aggregate counters and derived location are processed on the basis of legitimate interest in understanding and improving the platform.
Retention
Account and calculation data are kept while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, your personal data and saved work are removed, except where a record must be retained to meet a legal obligation. Anonymous aggregate counters are not affected because they contain no personal data.
Security
Traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted in transit. Data is held in a managed database with row-level isolation, and administrative screens require an explicit administrative role that is checked on the server. Passwords are never stored in readable form. Suspected security issues can be reported through the Contact page.
Your rights
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of your account and data, a copy of your data in a portable form, or that we stop a particular use. Email mepenggsuite@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
The platform is professional engineering software and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has registered, contact us and the account will be removed.
International transfers
Our hosting, email and advertising providers may process data in countries other than your own. Where that happens, we rely on the safeguards offered by those providers under applicable data-protection law.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated date. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the revised policy.
